1) Professional Conduct
Be respectful, punctual, and professional. No harassment, abuse, or misconduct toward customers, Wrkman staff, or other Providers.
2) Job Assignment & Completion
- Accept and complete jobs only via the Wrkman platform.
- No switching/transferring jobs between Providers without Wrkman approval.
- Complete to standard before marking “Completed.”
3) Payments
- All payments are processed only via Wrkman.
- Do not collect cash or direct transfers from customers. Violations may result in suspension or permanent deactivation.
- Payouts follow Wrkman’s schedule (e.g., 9:00 a.m. / 6:00 p.m. batches) and policies.
4) Customer Interaction
- Do not demarket Wrkman to customers.
- Raise issues (pricing, commissions, delays) with Wrkman support—not with customers.
- Do not solicit off-platform jobs or share personal account details to bypass Wrkman.
5) Subscriptions & Ranking
Subscribing to Premium/Recommended tiers may increase visibility and job opportunities. Wrkman may adjust features, benefits, and ranking policies.
6) Tools, Safety & Quality
Use proper tools and safety gear/uniform (where provided). Deliver services to a professional standard. Wrkman may suspend Providers with repeated poor ratings/complaints.
7) Policy Violations & Remedies
Violations (fraud, theft, customer exploitation, off-platform payments, unprofessional conduct, job switching) may result in:
(a) suspension, (b) withholding of payouts (to the extent permitted by law and terms), (c) permanent removal, and/or (d) legal action.
8) Updates
Wrkman may update these policies at any time via the app, email, or WhatsApp. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
